Aeroplane Legos

Silas is enjoying an attempt at an aircraft carrier and a few planes.

Legos can be a great way to get creative.

Coffee with Mum

Digging in the Sand

Mama picked up a very nice toy for Silas.

It is a digger!  He loves it.

Megablocks Solo

This was Silas' first solo mega-blocks masterpiece.

I was very impressed, but sad.  Papa is no longer needed!!! :(

New Wood Floor in Lounge Room

This was a major project.

We didn't like the tile in the house.  Tina wanted bamboo wood floors.

Let's rip out the tile.  Silas was trying to help.

Mum wanted to try and help too.

Time to put in the wood flooring.

Half way there.

Done!!!

Just a bit more cleanup needed.  Thanks Silas!

Beach in July... Cold!

For those in the northern hemisphere, it is odd to think that a beach in July would be cold, but here we have Silas with all his winter gear.

It is still fun!

Taekwondo Early Start

I suspect there will be many Kinder Gym,

Taekwondo and swimming posts over the next few years!

He is not yet striking fear into his opponents, but stay tuned.

First Taekwondo Lesson

Silas just started Taekwondo.

He is a bit taller than the other kids...

Silas is helping Mum cook.  Or is Mum helping Silas?

Either way, this short interview is a lot of fun.

Silas started kinder-gym.

It is a great way to teach balance and exercise.

Silas Reading to Sick Mum

Mum was sick.

Silas decided to make her feel better by reading to her from his picture Bible.

He can't actually read much yet,

but he describes the stories pretty well from the pictures.

Silas loves to play with tools... just like dad!

I think he might have more tools than his papa.

Chipmunks

A reward for doing work around the house includes a trip to the playland, "Chipmunks."

AWANA Worm

The teachers use this "worm" to keep the kids together as they travel from one area of the church to another during the A.W.A.N.A. program.

Silas had a chance to be in front this time.

Bike Rides

This was quite odd to see Silas giving people

rides on the back of his bike at church!
