Leonardo Da Vinci Bridge

Silas was learning about the Leonardo Da Vinci Bridge.  So, we built one!

Here is a video.

Remember, there are no nails in this bridge.

Racing the Rubbish Truck

It is race day.

It was easy to see that Silas' rubbish truck was the coolest looking vehicle, but not necessarily the fastest.

 

Building Awana Race Car (Truck)

For AWANA, Silas was asked to build a car for racing.

Silas decided he wanted a rubbish truck instead.

There was a bit of cutting, sanding and the use of a dremel.

Time for some paint.

Massage Chair

Once again, Mum has some interesting school work.

Roller Coaster

I believe this was Silas' first roller coaster ride.

I don't know if he was nervous or excited.

Once it got started, he was just having fun.

Silas is starting to build some lego things on his own.

Mum always makes school so fun!

Today we learn about water and alcohol

They don't seem to like each other.

It is difficult to understand without this informative video.

Magformer Rocket

Magformers are, by far, one of Silas' favourite toys.

Here he made a rocket.

And a fancy... wheel... thing!

And there is always the fun of destroying.

Silas is building a 3D puzzle of the Statue of Liberty.

This ended up taking quite some time...

 We have a Statue of Liberty carrying a Statue of Liberty!

Eden's Birthday

For Eden's Birthday, we let Silas have a gift to remember his sister.
