Favourite Toy

One of Silas' favourite toys is a simple ball, given to us by our next-door neighbours, with lots of tags on it.  He loves to chew on the tags.


I thought I'd get a photo of this tag eating, but Silas decided to make funny faces for the camera instead.

Now he is just being silly.

Getting Ready For Football Season

Silas is very excited about football season starting!

Sitting Up

I've been trying to catch up with all the photos we have of Silas.  Here are some when he first started sitting up a few weeks ago.  Now he is a real pro.

More Overalls

These have a nice elephant on the front.

His legs are getting stronger and stronger.

I don't know if this counts as going outside.


He gets bundled up much more than Papa.

Sophie Giraffe Teething Ring

Silas isn't teething yet, but we have the "famous" Sophie Giraffe ready for action.


He's not sure what to do with it yet.

It's difficult to look at it while it's in my mouth!

Hmmm... Kindof tasty.

Big Smiles

Sometimes Silas smiles so big it melts our hearts.

The Chase

All momma has to do is tell Silas, "I'm gunna get you!" and he starts to laugh out loud.
He loves to be chased... Don't we all!
 

Unconventional Holds

Papa has never been very good at holding babies, so he likes to come up with unconventional holds for Silas.



The "on the shoulder hold," has a "fireman's carry" version also.

This one doesn't last long before Daddy's arms wear out.

 

Just Like Papa
